You have forgotten the password of your UGent account (@ugent.be) or your configured MFA methods no longer work. Log in via ItsmeĀ® or with card reader and your Belgian e-ID (online government) to confirm your identity. Afterwards, you can get a temporary password here and/or reset your MFA methods.
If you use an Intune or registered device, try updating your MFA methods via myaccount.microsoft.com/ugent.be before resetting your account using the procedure below.
Alternative, if you don't have ItsmeĀ® or with card reader and your Belgian e-ID. Only then you can reset it using a reset email.
